George began his career working in some of London's most celebrated Michelin restaurants including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay ***, The Ledbury ***, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal ** and Hide *. George then moved into private households cooking around the world for a variety of different families and principals. 

Now based on Harbour Island, the Bahamas, George is available to travel globally for your next lunch, dinner or special occasion. 

 

With a passion for sourcing the very best, fresh, seasonal ingredients even in the most remote of locations, George sets a new standard in private dining.
